Laser Industries, Ltd. designs, manufactures, markets and services a broad range of aesthetic and surgical laser systems for use in a variety of medical applica- tions. The Company markets more than 20 laser systems under the "Sharplan" name. Laser Industries also operates a patient services center in Tel Aviv, Israel.
