On April 4, 2013, NanoInk, Inc. (the Company) filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The bankruptcy case is pending as Case Number 13-14126 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois Eastern Division. Deborah K. Ebner has been appointed Trustee, and is charged with the responsibility of liquidating the assets of the Company for the benefit of its creditors.

According to information provided to Trustee, the Company was a technology company specializing in nanometer-scale manufacturing and applications development for the life sciences, engineering, pharmaceutical, and education industries. Debtor's assets consist predominantly of intellectual property rights, including patents and license agreements. Debtor's patent portfolio originally consisted of over 440 total documents, including both owned and licensed properties. The portfolio included 60 U.S. patents, 74 U.S. patent applications, 97 foreign patents, and 230 foreign patent applications (the "Intellectual Property Assets").

Trustee is remarketing the Intellectual Property assets. Those with serious interest in purchasing any intellectual property assets are encouraged to contact Counsel for the Trustee.
