21 Sept. 2020 (CHAMPAIGN, IL) -- Vertex Solutions, LLC announced today that it was purchased on 17 September 2020 by Harborside Vertex, and has completed SBA certification as a woman-owned small business (WOSB).
Vertex is widely recognized for its award-winning training products and services, which it has successfully delivered to hundreds of Government and commercial customers for more than two decades. "As a WOSB, Vertex's ability to compete will be transformational," explained Dennis Wikoff, President and CEO of Vertex Solutions. "Our strong technology-based approach to learning and early transition to extended reality allowed us to maintain growth as a larger business. While we will continue to provide this global operational expertise, we now have the platform to drive results with increased agility, flexibility, and innovation."
Harborside Vertex is owned and operated by chairperson, Sandra Reiter, and partner, Kimberly Kozlowski. "Under the proven leadership of Dennis Wikoff, Vertex has embraced and processed emerging technology to produce effective training solutions, resulting in several advanced extended reality training contracts, including the Pilot Training Transformation program," commented Reiter and Kozlowski. "Vertex is a proven commodity in the DoD training market, and with our partnership, we can explore previously unavailable relationships and new categories and channels."
