The Washington Business Journal rates Decisive Analytics Corp. No. 1 among more than 250 medium-sized companies in its annual rankings of the Washington metropolitan area's "Best Places to Work."
Decisive Analytics, an employee-owned system engineering and technical solutions company that provides technical solutions, products and services to numerous government agencies and commercial clients, has a Huntsville office located at 4950 Corporate Drive NW, No. 120 in Cummings Research Park.
The company also has offices in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Jeffersonville, Indiana.
The Washington Business Journal's annual competition uses independent researchers and employee satisfaction surveys to identify and recognize individual company achievements in creating and enhancing positive work environments, and sustaining and improving employee satisfaction, working conditions, and company cultures.
"By being employee-owned, everyone has more of a stake in our success and more of a personal investment in the work that we do," Decisive Analytics President John Donnellon said in a news release. "It makes us work harder for our customers."
