A long-time established firm (1996), Universal Synaptics is structured around detecting and isolating intermittent faults that cause No Fault Found (NFF) test results through Intermittent Fault Detection (IFD) technology. The maintenance of aircraft electronic Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) and Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs) can be a serious challenge - due in major part to intermittent faults due to aging wiring and connections. These intermittent problems manifest themselves as âbad actorâ LRUs or as repair shop No Fault Found (NFF) and Cannot Duplicate (CND) test results.
