Nont inconsequentilly, Fannins apprenticeship programs are helping create the next generation of biotech CEOs through their internship (part-time) and fellowship (full-time) programs providing early career professionals from top-tier, higher education institutions with the opportunity to gain hands on experience with drug and device development. These programs have grown to become among the largest of their kind and are helping address the root cause of Houstons commercialization gap. Currently resident in the JLab Houston facility, Fannin partners with life science innovators to co-found startup companies and provides a pooled management team, funding, and administrative support.
