The company's technology is based on a tissue systems biology approach in which a tumor is evaluated as a system composed of multiple interacting cell types. The company's TissueCypher™ technology uniquely analyzes whole slide digital images with multiplexed fluorescence, providing greater information and accuracy than traditional subjective tissue diagnostics. Cernostics' lead product is TissueCypher™ Barrett's Esophagus Assay, which is focused on eliminating the uncertainty related to the treatment of Barrett's Esophagus patients and providisng actionable information to gastroenterologist
