A subsidiary of Cascading Engineering, C-K Technologies LLC provides plastic injection molded and chrome electroplated grilles and other components. CK Technologies (CKT) was formed in 2002 when Fred Keller founder of Cascade Engineering and Tim Kline former general manager at Clarion Technologies partnered to acquire Clarionâs Montpelier, OH facility. Together with additional team members from Bryan Custom Plastics this venture was established to serve the commercial truck and bus market. Since 2002 when CKT was started at our Montpelier facility our associates have increased from the original 60 people to 560 today. Annual revenue has increased over 1,000%. In 2007 Cascade Engineering acquired 100% ownership of this business and CK Technologies became the largest of 12 strategic business units making up the Cascade Engineering Family of Companies.
