LASERGUIDE projects CAD images directly onto tooling, eliminating templates for hand-layed composites. Automatic Ply Verification, verifies and documents ply presence, location, fiber orientation. FOD Detection with APV robustly detects and documents full ply liner FOD when the fix can be made at the lowest cost. KitGuide improves nesting efficiency by projecting ply pick-up sequence. LASERGUIDE - the only laser pattern display system capable of: projecting multiple parts simultaneously from a single projector; Operating any projector in any configuration at any time on a multiple projector system, the sytem allows maintenance of up to twelve active parts in any projector configuration on a single system; Operating with an RF remote and LED matrix display. All operations controlled from tool including reassigning remote Performing automatic in-process quality monitoring to prevent FOD and assure that all plies are present within specified tolerance. Automatically generating and archiving quality data on FOD and ply placement Maintaining Class II laser safety with the brightest laser (green) on any laser pattern system Fully portable operation.
