ASOMA Instruments, Inc. is now a part of the SPECTRO Analytical Instruments group, based in Kleve, Germany. Asoma Instruments designs and manufactures elemental analyzers which use x-ray fluorescence (XRF) technology. These analyzers give non-destructive analysis of up to six elements, from magnesium to uranium, in liquids, slurries, powders and solids as well as coating weights on a variety of substrates. Asoma Instruments is a parent/holding company with high-tech units that manufacture data acquisition/control/monitoring/reporting systems and instruments for microspot coating/plating thickness.
