With limited SBIR participation, as of March 2011, Argonaut Technologies, Inc. ceased business operations. The firm had developed various consumables, instruments, and services for the pharmaceutical industry to develop drugs and file new chemical entities. Customers had included pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, and chemical industries, as well as academic institutions and other research organizations. Eralier inthedecade the firm had been quite active in collborationa with and acquision of other business entities
