Athena Energy, LLC proposes to develop a robust high temperature silicon carbide SiC power semiconductor module to address the needs stated for control of energy in DoD and commercial applications directed towards power electronic applications. Athena Energys proposed SiC power switch module will be targeted towards the 600V, 100A application operating over the -40 to 250C temperature range.
