TCS proposes a solution that will maximize computing resources, provide data segregation of differing sensitivity levels, and maximize the utilization of available computational resources. This solution focuses on topics such as SELinux policy, high performance computing clusters, MLS cluster nodes, and data labeling. An MLS Scheduler will provide the ability to start jobs of different sensitivity levels on an MLS enabled cluster node. The result will minimize the time required to transition between operational levels within the current submarine tactical environments.

Benefit:
This solution will apply to the commercial sector by providing process control and distribution across multiple sensitive areas of a company. The productivity of organizations will be greatly improved by more efficiently using their computational power. Shared resources will limit the amount of storage devices required while limiting access to only those authorized to specified file sub-systems and processes.
