The overall objective of this project is to develop an easy to use, reliable toolset to match test requirements to test equipment. The matching criteria will be developed by utilizing ABBET test foundation framework concepts. The requirements and capabilities for the test process and equipment wlll be defined in terms of signals. In the case of test equipment, additional information concerning its operations also will be included. A method will be defined to analyze and catagorize signal definition parameters, database requirements and required set of rules.
