The overall goal of this project is to enable team trainers to develop effective assessments of team training and performance. To achieve this goal, we plan to complete the following three objectives during Phase I. These are: (1) conduct cognitive task analyses focused on team knowledge acquired in formal instructional settings; (2) develop a diagnostic test team performance; and (3) refine the ADEPT software tool for cognitive test design.
