In this project, we build upon decades of magnetometer experience to develop solutions for ultra-long lasting, reliable and accurate magnetometers for space and planetary science applications. Potential NASA Applications (Limit 1500 characters, approximately 150 words) Magnetometers are workhorse instruments in space exploration. Our work aims to bring reliable, accurate sensors to a wealth of applications in space including characterization of Europa. Potential Non-NASA Applications (Limit 1500 characters, approximately 150 words) Reliable, long-lasting atomic magnetometers are of value in geophysical survey and exploration, as well as for national security and defense applications.
