Parkview Research & Development, Inc., proposes the study of three-terminal devices based on small grain thin HTS films and step edge junction matrices. New configurations and materials that are believed to show high magnetic field sensitivity have been identified and will be explored. Because of the hoped for high gain and operating speed is should be possible to employ such devices in microwave communication circuits as well as in digital interface applications.
