A conceptually simple and potentially robust method is introduced and proposed for measuring accurately the free-air airblast curve for the Diamond Fortune UGT. If successful, a new technique will have been proven for such measurements, and the results will be highly useful for evaluating the nuclear charge performance as well as the hydrocode calculations of the free-air nuclear blast and the blast reflected from the ground plane of the experiment.
