QUAL-X proposes to nondestructively inspect the extensive surface areas of aging commercial airliners for corrosion and fatigues damage. QUAL-X will characterize the above surfaces both at local and global areas of interest using chemical gas penetrants and advanced gas sensor of techniques; both of which were developed as an extension of the company's unique and singular experience with the KET gas penetrant system.Commercial Applications:Provide a complementary and cost effective method to support ongoing evaluations of again aircraft corrosion and fatigue damage using the aircraft's inherent surface history and/or easily applied gas penetrants.
