Microwave Applications Group designs and manufactures Radar Systems, subsystems and components for the Department of Defense by supplying to the primes. We have the capabilities to design and manufacture parts no longer supported by the original supplier by either building to print, requiring reverse engineering to develop replacements for materials that are no longer available, or reverse engineering the part by disassembly, measurement and testing. Diminishing Materials/Sources of Supply and Manufacturers is an area of our business that has grown to support our customers' needs. This project would require parts to be delivered that are at least partially operational to be able to test and measure, then disassemble and utilize in conjunction with available drawing packages to complete a buildable Technical Data Package. This switch effort would go down to the circuit card and components level, including new gerber files and components as required so that it is ready to be built against MAG has numerous network analyzer stations capable of performing these functions and is well versed at solving difficult problems for the defense industry.
