We will design and implement a complete "SpinnerBot" tethered robotics system to address problems of remote awareness in military operations and urban search and rescue. The highly mobile robitics system will be less than 20cm long and weigh less than 1.5 kilograms, enabling the delivery of a robust sensor package to otherwise inaccessable spaces
