The public domain Mach version 3.0 will be developed into a commercial offering for the IBM RISC System/6000. The effort to target an existing ada compiler for the IBM RISC System/6000 to this version of mach will be investigated, and if appropriate, prototyped.Anticipated

Benefits:
The Mach OS is gaining acceptance as a viable operating system. The commercial user community will make more use of this kernel if it is adequately supported.
