3 Sigma Research proposes an innovative concept to provide timely, relevant, and accurate information to enable real-time decision on semantic, temporal, and/or geospatial data source. Our concept leverages lessons learned from our semantic research on packaged ontology contexts, and infuses new, broader innovations so that applications can use an underlying Cloud Distribution Scheme and potentially remove many of the obstacles that hinder move the computation across the network to distributed cloud data stores rather than the data to the computational resources of a large cloud node. The Packaged Analytics Context - Cloud Distribution Scheme (PANC-CDS) Investigation will explore the concept for a CDS architecture that makes use of a PANC associated with analytics computational task and content that facilitates managed delivery of needed analytics using a combination of advanced peer-to-peer sharing techniques with an ontological overlay network scheme to extend automated, appropriate, delivery controls for analytics. Our approach seeks to combine the power of ontology-based reasoning components in scalable open architecture with an overlay network scheme to address the process of efficiently managing the distribution and synchronization of analytics over a subset of content, by making intelligent decisions with regard to cloud node connections.
