Pacific Blue Innovations proposes to develop a concept for a dual purpose hand grenade which will operate selectively in a Non-Lethal and a Lethal modes. The grenade offers a fast and simple field conversion from an intrinsic Non-Lethal Mode to a Lethal one. In one configuration the grenade is made deliverable by a grenade launcher.
