JPS is designing and developing a standard and affordable set of procedures for creating and validating PC-based job simulations that can be applied across a broad range of Army MOS to assess Soldier job performance. As part of the Phase I effort, JPS is building a simulation for one Army MOS. In this effort JPS is developing a 10 step process for creation of the simulations.
