The possibility of unauthorized individuals controlling a vechicle can be eliminated by the development of an interfaced system employing fingerprint and voice recognition biometric identification, real time GPS location offering no "blind spots," voice command controllability, vechicle power source control and, in the case of aircraft, an autopilot system. The proposed Phase 1 research will demonstrate the feasibility of integrating Universal Security Technologies current vehicle operator fingerprint identification system, GPS vehicle tracking system and patent pending radio frequency vehicle disabling system into an augumented system which includes the ramaining aformentioned components. Every motorvehicle could be made safer with a safe vehicle stopping system. This would allow vehicle owners and Homeland Security/law enforcement officials more options in risk reduction
