This proposal evaluates the feasibility of using biodegradable, non-toxic, non-persistent obscurants based upon biological materials. It further evaluates the feasibility of using biomanufacturing processes to produce such obscurants. Potential Commercial Application: The anticipated/potential commercial application of this research is development and production of highly electromagnetic absorbing commercial materials that are non-toxic.
