Wallaroo will solve an Air Force need by streamlining ML model production for Air Operations Center mission systems (AOCs). AOC mission systems require next-gen AI/ML capabilities to modernize the ingestion of vast quantities of data, address a broad range of threats, and reduce decision-making and system reaction time. The ability to produce near real-time predictions while handling high throughput data in a secure platform that can be deployed in hardened cloud, secure enclave, or at the disconnected tactical edge is key. Effective systems must also have the ability to scale to accommodate increasingly large amounts of data delivered in batch, streaming, or bursty traffic contexts. It must also handle highly-complex and large numbers of models simultaneously with less infrastructure and lower costs. Wallaroo Labs has developed an integrated Enterprise Platform designed to deploy-run-observe-optimize AI and ML models emphasizing speed, ease-of-use, security, and scalability to give organizations the ability to move quickly from machine learning model development to field deployment where predictions can make a difference in real-world scenarios. The most difficult part of the MLOps lifecycle is “last mile” deployment and monitoring. Wallaroo specializes in making fast, secure, and scalable solutions to this last mile in formats that are easy to implement and commercially-proven.
