Atomuss technology automates the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) identification process, similar to malware identification, except for CUI. Anytime a file is downloaded to a computer, our technology works in the background to identify whether or not the content of that file is likely to fall under Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification or other protected information regulations. If it is, our technology is able to take the necessary action and notify a cybersecurity specialist that an unauthorized access of data has taken place so that mitigative efforts can be taken. During the Phase I Period of Performance, Atomus will explore the problem with AFMC Information Protection Office, conduct a research and development based feasibility study, explore anticipated benefits, clearly define needed adaptations, and define clear milestones and acceptance criteria for Phase II efforts. Additionally, Atomus will continuously network to find and engage as many potential End-Users/Customers as possible. During the last 30 days of the Period of Performance, Atomus will develop measurable deliverables for future trials of the proposed solutions with AFMC.
