Golden is a mission driven company building a large scale knowledge graph of entities (all public and private companies, legal entities, technologies, business people, scientists, politicians) and aims to hit the scale of 10-20bn entities using NLP, machine learning and human in the loop methods to collect the information. The pace of technological change is rapidly increasing. Along with it, the number of private companies, personnel working in technology, technologies themselves, academic papers and commercial events are increasing. Keeping up with these changes has classically been a major challenge. As of the last couple of years, the model of Silicon Valley has been exported and emerged globally, giving rise to a global technological revolution and knowledge age. The events surrounding topics of interest are increasing in velocity, volume and variety. In the world of higher global connectedness, the number of potentially relevant information points is unmanageable with current solutions. This requires a need to filter, track down, and collate actionable information that informs real decisions. Previously to Golden, there has not existed a place to build a comprehensive database of every meaningful commercial, industrial and scientific entity. Golden proposes to build-out large scale knowledge graphs for Air Force focus areas.
