AC Global Risk has developed voice-analytics technology called the Remote Risk Assessment (RRA) that detects human risk in scenarios where high stakes and consequences are present. This technology is deployed over the telephone in a 10 minute interview where personnel are given brief instructions and responds to 5-7 questions with "yes or no". RRA analyzes these responses and provides a risk assessment of the individual over a range from low to high risk. The science and effectiveness RRA is supported by leading scientists and validated by Special Operations Command (SOCOM) in Afghanistan. RRA is utilized by the commercial sector to detect insurance fraud, pre-employment screening, IP protection, and identify insider threats. Military applications include security clearance screening, insider threat detection, fraud/waste/criminal investigations, and IP/classified info protection. Based on past results and research, it is believed that RRA could also be effective with suicide prevention.

AC Global Risk, Inc. (ACGR) proposes support to USAF personnel at a remote and recently attacked Air Force base in Africa with foreign contractor vetting/screening challenges. ACGR will conduct interviews with our artificial intelligence-enabled voice-vetting technology call Remote Risk Assessment (RRA) designed to detect the absence or presence of risk in the human voice. After a successful base-period with our commercial product, ACGR will enhance RRA by 1) reducing our interview equipment to a tablet form-factor, 2) creating a mass-enrollment program for 250+ base contractors in 3 languages, 3) integrate RRA into the existing base tip line, and 4) create additional interview question sets in various language according to mission requirements. These adaptations will provide enhanced vetting/screening capabilities and tip line will enable faster and higher quality vetting, actionable insights, and alert to additional foreign threats. With an MOU from down-range base that was recently attacked by terrorist and 4 letters of support from USAF (counterintelligence, Security Force) and the Army (Afghanistan Security Assistance Office, counterintelligence, etc), AC Global Risk is well positioned to greatly enhance the Air Force's vetting/screening capabilities and delivered meaningful outcomes to our MOU sponsors. ---------- Vetting foreign persons is one of the most prominent and complex challenges to US National Security. Foreign personnelâ??s background, criminal histories, and other decision criteria are often unavailable to USG security experts charged with making critical force protection and base access decisions. Legacy tools and technologies are limited by their inability to assess foreign persons for insider risks and are unable to uncover amplifying information to enhance the investigative processes. Air Force and Combatant Commander security personnel are conducting research and development (R&D) for technologies to deliver an improved, holistic risk picture that works in parallel to existing vetting processes. Clearspeed's artificial intelligence (AI) enabled voice analytics technology has transformed how commercial organizations in the insurance, banking, technology, and hiring arenas screen personnel to detect fraud, IP theft, good hires, and insider risk. After successful government evaluations, scientific peer-reviewed articles, endorsements from top scientific voice experts, and a recently completed formal study - Clearspeed is poised to transform one of the USGâ??s toughest vetting challenges.
