Orbit Logic proposes to deploy and enhance its Heimdall Fire SSA sensor tasking solution to provide an interface to commercial SSA operators and publish commercial SSA observation plans for use in high side Air Force sensor tasking operations. Orbit Logic will define and test interfaces with two leading commercial SSA sensor operators (LeoLabs and Numerica) to regularly ingest their observation plans, convert them to Integrated Sensor Support Plan (ISSP) format, and publish them on multiple high side networks (via data guards) for operational use to inform high side sensor tasking operations. These commercial plans are of value to multiple operational entities including the NSDC, 1SOPS and the 18th Space Wing. In addition, Heimdall computational capabilities for Information Gain will be leveraged to provide a new tool to assess and create plans to meet operator-defined orbit accuracy goals for a specific target at a specific time. When combined with the available commercial observation plans, the new system will provide unprecedented global SSA planning capability to meet DoD mission objectives using a combination of commercial and DoD assets, without any possibility of leaking of DoD mission objectives outside of the high side environments. The initial stakeholder for this proposal is the AFRL
