Graphene additives will improve the performance of metal alloys. These improvements include improved yield and tensile strength, better thermal performance and heat conductivity as well as reduced friction due to graphene’s lubrication properties. Our goal is to demonstrate our graphene-metallic alloys fabricated by additive manufacturing as an enabling technology to the U.S. Air Force for use in applications where there is currently no cost-effective solution. High stress, high temperature, high strength material requirements in hostile environments will benefit from our graphene-metallic alloy additive manufacturing technology
