Assetas will provide a web-based solution to inventory, track, and automate the check-out/check-in process for Composite Tool Kits (CTKs). A digital CTK record, corresponding to a specific kit, will include the Equipment Identification Designator (EID), parts list, RFID, current location, descriptions, and other configurable attributes. Users with appropriate access will have the ability to (1) search records using an RFID, barcode scanner or form text entry, (2) create and/or edit records, (3) check in/check out CTKs alongside notes and follow-up tasks, and/or (4) analyze real-time data defining CTK statuses and transaction summaries. A reliable and robust solution will provide increased operational effectiveness with real-time information, reduced manhours on inventory with increased manhour to execute the mission, and efficient, automated responses to inventory challenges. Deliverables include: Database to store CTKs with attributes including unique identifiers of associated RFID tags Additional identifiers: serial numbers, descriptions, and other fully configurable attributes Ability to store Parent/Child relationships Ability to store up to 1 million unique items/assets/CTKs UI to add a new CTK, parent/child relationship, register a RFID tag with an asset, or edit the attributes Ability to store a list of contacts who may check out items along with other fully configurable attributes (title, rank, etc.) UI to add new contacts or edit the attributes UI to search any CTK by RFID scan, serial number, description, checked-out person, or check in/out status Check-out process will allow the user to scan a CTK by RFID or manually search, list the contact who is checking out the item, and any notes like missing kit items Check-in process will allow the user to scan a CTK by RFID or manually search by the person who checked out the items, reject the check-in and/or note missing items Dashboard to display current status of CTKs as in-inventory, checked-out, or incomplete
