Blingby has identified a need within the Air Force for a system that will assist in solving the shortage of recruiters and recruits, as well as improve the efficiency of training and learning of new recruits. Blingby's system automatically analyzes, in real-time, video sections that are streamed through the system. Using advanced analytics, the system identifies the scenes, activities, scenarios and information that is presented in the stream, and offers the viewer with additional information that is relevant to what is currently presented to him. The viewer can choose to view additional information that relates to the information presented to him/her, and an option for an in-depth exploration of the topic without leaving the video stream. The system operates on both desktop computers and mobile phones apps. During this Phase I project we intend to contact recruitment units from the Air Force - namely the 360th Recruiting Group at New Cumberland, Pa.; the 369th Recruiting Group at JBSA-Lackland, Texas; and the 372nd Recruiting Group at Hill AFB, Utah, in order to better understand their specific needs and requirements, towards securing an MOU and conducting a pilot to test the system's compliance during Phase II.

The Phase II main effort is to perform a three-phased pilot program where Blingby’s system will be use by the AF’s 313 Recruiting Squadron. The 313 Recruiting Squadron has a national defense-related mission need in the area of Recruitment and Training. The mission impact of this project is to address AF Recruiting and Training target audience friction points, and precisely pin-point user to content interaction and engagement through our proprietary data. The tree main objectives of this effort are: Objective 1. Establish requirements in consideration with AF needs. Objective 2. Deliver the agreed number of digital contents with Blingby’s technology – After identifying the requirements and further cementing our understanding of the exact needs of the 313th, Blingby will focus on Developing, Adjusting, Testing, Evaluating and Demonstrating the system in the 313th facility. Objective 3- Pilot and testing of Blingby’s system at 313th facilities – this objective will be split into two sub-tasks and efforts: Training and pre-launch testing/trouble shooting/validation. During this effort, Blingby’s team will train a selected number of recruiters in the use of the system, its capabilities and way of operation. Pilot and testing. After finalizing the training, a pilot will be held. During this time, a number of testing methods will be conducted: Trained recruiters will use Blingby’s full suite developed as per the requirements and specifications as a recruiting tool; Trained recruiters will use Blingby’s Technology offer along side traditional methods, in parallel, whereby a designated team will be deemed a Control Group.
