Photon is a collaboration operating system for teams trying to distill information chaos into smart decisions, often using a multitude of computing devices, geographic locations, and networks. Photon works by turning all of an organization's screens and input devices into a single, unified, collaborative workspace that can be shared between all users across large distances, allowing a given user to let any other user or users see what he or she is seeing, in real time. Photon hasreceived an ATO from NRO and a JCTD nomination from the Deputy CIO, DoD.Lack of collaboration capability is a major impediment at cyber defense exercises. Another major impediment is the cyber range, which often fails to resemble any realistic enterprise worth defending, and is built by hand many times per year rather than with modern DevOps tools. We propose to address both of these problems by integrating a quality, DevOps-based range into Photon, and to provide this sytem as the core platform for Cyber Yankee 2019, a New England-based cyber exercise scheduled for this coming June. Major stakeholders have requested our services for the event. This proposal is our concept for our deliverable to them.cyber range,Cyber defense,Cyber, cyber exercise,Collaboration, devops,Cybersecurity

This effort will modify an existing solution--the integration of a collaboration platform and a cyber range management platform--to provide a USAF cyber wing with tools and data tailored to their unique requirements. It will be the first such modification tailored to a unit's specific requirements, making this effort a proof-of-concept for future tailored tools built for other units.
