Analatoms AN110-C (Commercial) 2-electrode Electrochemical Environmental Sensor System has the capability for in situ monitoring of critical environmental factors needed in structural corrosion modeling.Analatom also introduced a 3-electrode system, U.S. Patent No. 10,031,066 B1, that involves the structure as working electrode giving direct measurement of structure being monitored.Sensors are postage stamp-sized, flex-cable mounted permitting installation in inaccessible areas, directly on structure or beneath protective coating/sealant.AN110-C has been commercialized in civil engineering bridges and buildings, petrochemical industry monitoring buried life natural gas pipelines, and land-based vehicles.Example AN110-C transition to Air Force is Patrick AFB procurement of AN110-M (Military) systems to monitor/manage corrosion for Lockheed C-130s, Sikorsky HH-60s, and base facilities.AN110-M are installed at different locations allowing for recording corrosion directly correlated to different locations on the base, and weather conditions obtained from local weather stations.Analatoms Corrosion Health Monitoring System products are continually improved resulting from in-house development and constant technological advances in structural health monitoring.Ability to assess and predict coating degradation and the onset of corrosion through advanced sensor data management, and coating condition/corrosion modeling establishes framework for maintenance personnel to perform real-time assessment of Aviation Support Equipment substantially enhancing Condition Based Maintenance Plus.Environmental Sensor System,Coating Integrity,Transition Commercial Applications, condition based maintenance,Aviation Equipment,Reduce Costs,Accelerated Military Development.
