The current data file sharing platform, ARMDEC SAFE, is outdated, unstable and contains numerous significant cyber vulnerabilities. This inadequate file sharing website is currently being used by the Air force and DoD. This proposal introduces a commercially proven file sharing solution, EyesOnly, which arguably is the most secure product in the global cyber security industry for sensitive data file transfers.
