Using predictive analytics, we aim to optimize talent in the workforce in both the military and civilian (private) markets. By executing an initial benchmarking study, we will gain a deep understanding of what strengths and skill sets are required for success in the military. This will be beneficial in helping airmen understand themselves better, as well as giving the USAF a greater understanding of their talent pool and resources. This will allow the USAF to place the right people in the right positions, streamlining their talent acquisition efforts and making the entire hiring/placement process more efficient. Placing and retaining key talent is incredibly valuable and reduces the time to fill roles and developing that talent.
