Aril was founded by a highly experienced RISC CPU Architecture team to respond to the growing demands generated by the new RISC-V (pronounced "risk-five") open-source processor architecture to provide high performance embedded processors to enhance system performance, security and functionality. We are leveraging our extensive RISC/MIPS experience to generate highly efficient embedded processor cores which can be customized and further optimized for performance, power and size for different technologies. We are targeting delivery of the IP in highly structured Verilog (soft IP), technology optimized hard IP, or as a chiplet to be used as part of a multi-die solution. Customizations and extensions can be added for specific use cases and applications. RISC-V is an open architecture with wide industry adoption that is highly customizable and can be easily integrated into existing systems. Airmen, Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines depend on secure computing and application software in order to do their jobs on the battlefield. Without trusted compute power, the United States squanders its strategic technological advantage, particularly when it comes to the USAF. Aril is ready to partner with the USAF, using these groundbreaking capabilities to support our military in achieving its objectives and maintaining its elite standing in the world.
