Using a cryogenic treatment process to improve heat transmissivity and reduce corrosion on at-risk military metals, while also increasing firearms accuracy by 50%, or extending the life of ground vehicle and fixed-wing aviation asset brake rotors by 300%, in order to increase uptime, reliability, and availability of units in a combat environment. Expanding on the previously issued AFWERX Phase II award, we have been asked by our USAF stakeholder teams to focus on testing larger caliber firearms applications for aviation applications, including the following weapons platforms: 30MM A-10 (Part # 201F158) 20MM F-16/197 Cobra helicopter (Part # 12011624) 20MM F-22 light weight (Part # 12599987)
