A comprehensive weather intelligence system capable of producing global environmental intelligence with real-time, high-resolution information and predictions requires the synthesis of observational surface data, radar data, aircraft, space and ground-based remotely sensed data, and the most advanced numerical weather prediction (NWP) technologies. Recent advances in real-time operational global observing systems, data assimilation techniques, NWP technologies, and high-performance computing allow for a paradigm shift in weather information systems, providing detailed environmental information for any location on the Earth directly to the operator, at greatly reduced cost. EarthCast Technologies is the global leader in developing innovative solutions for aviation-related environmental hazards and has a proven Global Environmental and Weather Intelligence System (GEWIS) supporting some of the worlds largest airline, aerospace, and weather corporations. This system can be modified to provide unmatched real-time global environmental and weather intelligence by monitoring Earths terrestrial environments and providing fully global rapid update weather and satellite data, predictions, and intuitive products to support government and commercial customers. The proposed solution represents a currently operational, fully customizable commercial solution readily configured to meet or exceed the demands of government customers and will significantly improve the warfighters ability to plan operations and respond to environmental hazards in near-real time.weather,Forecasting,Earth environments,Sensors,Intelligence, data,Satellites,Environmental
