Our Bench Stock Location (BSL) Kitting Automation technology tackles the storage of indirect materials, management of vast number of kits, and on-time kit replenishment challenges head on. With the form factor and flexibility to store thousands of unique National Stock Numbers (NSNs) securely throughout a warehouse or factory, the intelligence to organize, build, and label kits on demand, with data integration capabilities to any supply chain management system, our BSL Kitting Automation system will minimize the long lead times, high labor costs, and error prone manual kitting processes that exist today.The initial hardware platform of the Kitting Automation system will be based off a modified commercially available RoboCrib LX2000 machine.
