The proposed study will evaluate the essential measurement requirements of the subject systems and the existing workflow peripheral to the test ranges. The study will concentrate on common system requirements and identify candidate system architecture (s) that will satisfy the common requirements with the emphasis on system modernization and sustainability.Special requirements (those that are peculiar to one or two systems) will be evaluated and technical solutionswill be identified. Again the emphasis will be on COTS hardware and software.;

Benefit:
This study is anticipated to result in a scalable system architecture that can be applied to a range of antenna and radome test applications. With the advent of updated RTCA DO-213 standards for commercial aircraft radome testing, there will be an increased need for affordable, effective test solutions.
