Xicon is an early stage X-ray company based in Farmington, Connecticut. Working with the University of Connecticut Health Center, the company has developed a revolutionary digital image capture product which will be introduced in late 1998. The Xicon technology replaces the entire image intensifier based imaging chain with a single device. The first all digital products are targeted at real time and spot imaging procedures with a focus on cardiology.
