Spun-out of extensively SBIR involved firm Advanced Fuel, On-Line Technologies Inc manufactures process control monitors including Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) spectrometers specifically tailored for hostile industrial environments. On-Line also develops software applications that provide solutions to measurement needs. The firm designed and manufactured an advanced range of gas analysis and wafer metrology products based on its FTIR spectrometer as well as complementary analysis and control software. In April 2001, the firm was acquired by MKS and is now known as MKS On-Line Technologies. The acquisition added complementary gas-analysis products to the MKS portfolio and adds metrology products to MKS's presence in the advanced semiconductor and optoelectronics markets.
