In 2004, Allen Osborne Associates is now part of ITT Aerospace/Communications, located in Fiort Wayene Indiana. Allen Osborne Associates, Inc. (AOA) designs and produces military and commercial equipment in the NAVSTAR Global Positioning Systems (GPS). In mid-1988, the company introduced the world's most accurate GPS Survey & Navigation Receiver, the SNR-8 "RogueTM," which was furnished to NASA/JPL for the Deep Space Network. The 8-channel, C/A-code, P-code, and P-codeless (cross-correlation) receiver achieved excellent results. The TurboRogue® is a technologically superior, miniaturized RogueTM series receiver that was released in early 1992. The TurboRogue® technology is the basis for several of our P-code receiver products, including the SNR-8000 and Rascal(tm) field units, SNR-8100 and SNR-12 rack-mounted units, the TTR-12 Time Transfer Receiver, and the ICS-4000Z Ionospheric Calibration System. Any of these TurboRogue® receivers can be configured with a Security Module to handle Selective Availability and Anti-Spoofing (SA/A-S) for authorized users. The TurboRogue® has been independently evaluated and shown again to be the most accurate P-code GPS receiver available.
