Karta Technologies provides high-tech information and systems engineering solutions, specializing in information management and technology, multimedia, program planning and analysis and logistics. Products include nondestructive evaluation systems. Developer of custom maintenance and training software for microcomputers. In 1997 Karta Technologies was included in an Air Force contract program (DESP). The DESP program, consisting of thirteen Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts, has a total ceiling of $450 million, with $80 million of this amount reserved for Small Businesses (3), and $370 million allocated to large businesses (10)
