TRI Austin proposes to develop and demonstrate a model-based simulation method for the design, validation, and transition of complex nondestructive inspection methods in support of sustainment of Air Force aircraft. We will demonstrate this capability on a critical inspection requirement for the T-38 fleet, with 50% reduction in required inspections over the life of the aircraft.
