At Skyways and for the last 3 years we've been working on a fully autonomous, AI-driven, hybrid electric VTOL and long-range UAV focused on transportation. We have built over 20 UAVs and flown over 1100 flights. Our latest V2.5 vehicle is able to transport autonomously 20 lbs of cargo and with over 300 miles in range. Skyways is on contract with the US Navy for this weight category and we have a commercial customer in the Oil&Gas industry (autonomous resupply of offshore platforms). This proposal is focused around the technical feasibility of a larger aircraft able to carry up to 100 lbs of cargo 400 miles away. We will leverage our experience in building and flying smaller vehicles in the real world with existing customers, as well as the entire software flight stack we've built for full autonomous transportation.

For the past four years, Skyways has been working on a fully autonomous, AI-driven, hybrid-electric, long-range VTOL UAV focused on transportation of goods and, eventually, humans. We have built over 20 UAVs and flown over 1,100 flights. The current version of our aircraft, "V2.5," can transport autonomously 20 lbs of cargo over 300 miles. Skyways is currently under contract with the US Navy for this version of the aircraft and we have a commercial customer in the oil and gas industry (autonomous resupply of offshore platforms). This proposal is focused around the technical feasibility of modifying our V2.6 to achieve 12 hours of continuous resupply between units up to 200 miles apart. To achieve our objectives, we will leverage our experience in building and flying UAVs with existing customers, as well as the entire software flight stack we've built for full autonomous transportation.
